No. Any acid plus bleach releases chlorine gas.

Add an acid — vinegar, lemon juice, or any descaling or limescale-removing product — and it releases chlorine gas, which was used as a chemical weapon in the First World War and does the same thing in a kitchen. It attacks the airway immediately and the damage is not proportional to how bad it smells.

## How people end up doing it

Most often through toilet and bathroom cleaners, which are frequently acidic and are frequently used in the same bowl as bleach. "Bleach the toilet then use the limescale remover" is the sequence that sends people to hospital.

Use one or the other and flush or rinse in between. If they have already mixed: leave, ventilate from outside, and ring the poison line.
