Two variants matter: the plain mark means all the ingredients that can be Fairtrade are, while the arrow variant points to a panel on the back naming which single ingredient is certified, typically the cocoa or the sugar. The Fairtrade Premium is an additional sum the producer organisation decides how to spend collectively. > Defined by Fairtrade International standards.
