What is a .xd file?

Adobe XD Document. XD files hold UI designs and prototypes from Adobe XD. Adobe stopped selling XD to new customers in 2023 and has shipped no new features since; it remains available to some Creative Cloud subscribers and still receives security fixes.

Can I convert a .xd file?

Yes. It is usually converted to .fig, .pdf, .png or .svg, either by exporting from one of the programs listed above or with a format converter.
