Countdown to a date

Days, hours and minutes until any date, with the working days counted separately.

How it works

Counts down to a target date in years, months, days, hours and minutes, and separately counts the working days remaining.

Working days matter more than total days for most deadlines, and the gap is larger than people expect. Ninety calendar days is about sixty-four working days once weekends are removed — a third of the time you thought you had is not available. Public holidays are not deducted, because they vary by country and region.

Everything runs against your device clock in your local timezone. A countdown to a fixed moment — a launch, a broadcast — is only correct if your clock is.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to a server, logged or stored, and the page keeps working with the network disconnected.

Common questions

How many working days in 90 calendar days?
About 64, once weekends are removed. Public holidays reduce it further and vary by region.
Does the countdown handle timezones?
It runs in your device timezone. For a fixed global moment, convert to your local time first.
