LR626 / LR66 / 177 The alkaline cell in the same 6.8 × 2.6 mm can. It is 1.5 V with a sloping discharge and roughly half the capacity, so a quartz watch runs it flat far sooner and the hands may slow before it dies. It also leaks more readily, and a leaking cell inside a watch movement is an expensive repair.
SR621SW / 364 Same 6.8 mm diameter, only 2.1 mm tall. It rattles in a 377 compartment and often loses contact when the watch is knocked.

The SR626SW is a primary cell and must never be put in a charger. Charging a sealed primary battery builds gas pressure inside a can with no vent designed for it, which is how they rupture or catch fire. Rechargeable look-alikes exist for several sizes and carry different codes — check the code, not the shape.
